Change or Cancellation Policy. Orders are processed immediately once submitted and can’t be changed or cancelled. For your convenience we have an easy return process.
Return Policy. Items purchased directly from the website qualify for return within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Merchandise that is returned after 45 days from purchase is eligible for store credit only.
How do I initiate a return?
For U.S. Domestic Purchases: Returns will be accepted within 45 days of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging using our prepaid return label. Shipments must be returned to a FedEx location with a signature receipt for refunds to be issued. For the US, a refund, minus $25.00 for the processing and restocking fees, will be issued to the original card used in the transaction within 30 days from receipt of your returned merchandise. Do you ship nationwide?
The VSEAT® is shipped throughout the United States. FedEx only delivers to residential or business addresses, and not to PO boxes.
How much does shipping cost?
Throughout the United States, All VSEAT® orders are shipped via FedEx. The FedEx shipping rate is based on zip code. The shipping cost is calculated and visible prior to completing the purchase.
How long does delivery typically take?
Your Product orders are processed immediately. Purchases made after 11:00 AM PST / 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Throughout the United States, your package is shipped via FedEx. FedEx only delivers to residential or business addresses and not to PO boxes.
Although processing and shipping times may vary, we will try to get your Product(s) to you within 1-2 business weeks for all items marked “In Stock.” With FedEx 2-day shipping, your packages are customarily delivered within two business days (where available). These services are dependent on the delivery destination. FedEx does not guarantee 2-day or Saturday delivery.
Can I track my order?
All shipments in the United States will include U.S. tracking information. A tracking link will be sent to you via email after your order has been processed and the item has shipped. All shipments can be easily tracked on the FedEx platform using the FedEx tracking number.

What are the dimensions of the VSEAT®?
The VSEAT® is 228.8mm wide, 140mm long, and 63.55mm deep. The rails are 63.55mm long.
What types of bikes is the VSEAT® compatible with?
The VSEAT® can be installed on any bicycle, either indoor or outdoor, as long as the bicycle seat post attaches to standard bicycle seat rails.
NOTE: If you are unsure, contact us at atyourservice@thevseat.com. Some indoor/stationary bikes, such as the Flexisport, have their seat screwed on. The VSEAT will not attach to these types of bikes. Check underneath your current seat and make sure there are rails and a bracket to attach to.
Can I use the VSEAT® on an e-bike?
Yes, the VSEAT® can be installed on an e-bike, as long as the bicycle seat post attaches to standard bicycle seat rails. If you are unsure about yours, contact us!
What suspension/compression posts will work / will NOT work?
The VSEAT® is compatible with most suspension/compression seat posts, as long as the suspension/compression spring is located internally in the seat post.
The VSEAT® is not compatible with certain suspension/compression seat posts, such as the Kinekt, the Redshift, the Suntour, the Specialized CG-R, and the Thudbuster. The suspension/compression spring is located externally on these and interferes with the shape/design of the VSEAT®.
How do I install the VSEAT® on my STATIONARY bike?
Most stationary bikes are using the CRESCENT WRENCH bracket.
How do I install the VSEAT® on my ROAD bike?
Road bikes vary with many different brackets. Please see the type of bracket on your bike for the correct installation video.

Can I ride/balance on the VSEAT® without hands?
Riding bikes without hands is not recommended because the hands provide an important point of contact for support and maneuvering while cycling.
The VSEAT®’s slip resistant material will provide you with reassurance until you have adjusted and gotten used to the design. Typically, it takes the rider 2-3 rides, at least 20 minutes each, to adjust to the VSEAT®. It is designed for the rider to put their weight on their “sit bones”. This naturally makes the rider “sit”, rather than straddle, with proper posture, which engages more muscular stability and balance.
How do I adjust the VSEAT® if I experience any persistent unusual contact or discomfort during my rides?

The VSEAT® is a one size fits all for the rider. Everyone has a sweet spot, and it can be found by trying the recommended adjustments. How does a traditional bike seat impact health and comfort?
Health issues are caused because of too much time in the saddle (narrow, with a nose, cut out, or bump) from pressure on the perineal nerves and arteries which supply blood flow to the genitals. The distribution of weight to the perineum (mainly the pudendal nerves and arteries) is the main cause of loss of sensation and other severe problems associated with the traditional saddle.
