CAN I RIDE A BICYCLE WITHOUT A NOSE OR HORN?

Absolutely Yes! The revolutionary noseless bumpless design of the the VSEAT® is liberating and comfortable and allows you to enjoy cycling even more.

Prolonged use of a saddle with any obstruction or compression in the groin area, such as a saddle with a nose, nose with an opening, or a nose with a bump, can cause tremendous damage, sometimes permanent, to the soft tissue of the groin by compressing vital nerves and arteries restricting blood flow.

One of the top features of the VSEAT® is that it is designed to keep the groin area open and free. The VSEAT® supports the riders “sit bones” allowing for a pain-free experience.

HOW HARD IS IT TO BALANCE WITHOUT A NOSE ON THE BIKE SEAT?

It is EASY. Typically, it takes the cyclist two to three 20-minute rides to adjust to the VSEAT®. It is designed for the rider to put their weight on their “sit bones.” This naturally makes the rider sit, rather than straddle, with better posture, which engages more muscular stability and balance.

Also, the VSEAT®’s slip resistant material will provide you with reassurance until you have adjusted and gotten used to the design.

DOES THE VSEAT® WORK ON ALL BIKES?

Yes. You can install the VSEAT® on any bicycle, either indoor or outdoor, as long as the bicycle seat post attaches to standard bicycle seat rails.

HOW DO I INSTALL AND/OR ADJUST THE VSEAT^®?

The VSEAT^® is easy to install. Using your bicycle manufacturer’s guide, install the VSEAT^® parallel to the ground and level with or below the handle bars. In individual cases, you may also need to adjust the height of the handle bars up. Once you have tried the VSEAT^® in the recommended installation you may wish to slightly change the angle of the seat, forward or backward, to accommodate your preferred riding style. Ensure that the VSEAT^® is stable and tightly set before you sit on it or take a ride.

WHEN WILL I GET MY VSEAT^®?

Your VSEAT^® order is processed immediately. We deliver orders to our shipping center daily and will have your order out for delivery by the next business day from placing your order. We ship domestically with Fedex 2 Day shipping. You will receive an email with anticipated shipment date and information. If you don’t see your tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us directly.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Return Policy: Items purchased directly from theVSEAT.com qualify for return. Proof of purchase is required.

For U.S. Domestic Purchases: Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging using our prepaid return label. Shipments must be returned to a FedEx location with a signature receipt for refunds to be issued. For the US, a refund, minus $25.00 for the shipping and restocking fee, will be issued to the original card used in the transaction within 30 days from receipt of your returned merchandise. Merchandise that is returned after 30 days from purchase is eligible for store credit only.
